Rep. Barney Frank of Massachusetts, a Democrat and one of the greatest champions of gay rights in the House, has announced his plans to marry his longtime partner, Jim Ready.
The couple will be married in Massachusetts, one of only five states (plus D.C.) in the country that recognizes the right of all consenting adults who love each other to marry.
